Mh.. well ... The only thing that comes to my mind is that this style really sucks. Please don't be offended but why not using the clear old style?

Because that was the style for awhile, it is time to shake things up.

i like this one too... but it will be more beautiful with pics of Kate in front page...

i don't like this style, it doesn't have "view post since last visit" button, or at least i can't find it, therefore i don't like it

It does, in the upper right hand corner under profile, click the star icon and it will show posts since your ;last visit. The icon beside it that looks like an eye will show your posts, and the question mark icon will show unanswered posts.
